Last night I got 8 hours! No Hospice patient today either so I am lounging about drinking a really good Americano and NOT doing my homework. Gosh, maybe sleep makes you sassy. Is that a bad thing? I don't think so.

I try and get a good 11-12 hours of sleep on Saturday nights. I generally get 6-8 on Fridays. The rest of the week either during the day or at night (if I'm not at work) I get about 8. That has generally taken care of my exhaustion problems. I also take a nap on Saturday afternoons after the long runs. I know it is tough with homework but you just have to make time for yourself...cut something else out!!
